Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the BREATHE x JEPE 2026 website and the event registration journey. If you use this site or submit a registration, these are the ground rules.

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the BREATHExJEPE 2026 website, your submission of enquiries through the site, and your pre-registration or registration for the conference.

Using the site

  • You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.
  • You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected to learning about the event, contacting the organisers, or registering to attend.
  • We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Registration and attendee information

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a pre-registration or registration form.
  • You are responsible for updating us if key details change, including your email address or other contact information relevant to the event.
  • Submitting a pre-registration does not itself guarantee final attendance until any later registration or payment steps communicated by the organisers are completed.

Pricing, payment, and changes

  • Displayed prices, categories, and availability may change over time, including by registration window or sponsor access rules.
  • If payment is required, the payment instructions, invoice terms, cancellation rules, or transfer conditions communicated during the live registration stage form part of these terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or cancel a registration where information is inaccurate, capacity is exceeded, a promo code is misused, or operational or legal concerns require it.

Programme and speaker changes

The scientific programme, speakers, timings, venues, and session formats may change. We will make reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate, but conference content is inherently subject to revision.

Code of conduct

Attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event or cancellation of access at organiser discretion.

Intellectual property

  • The website design, branding, copy, and original conference materials belong to the organisers or their licensors unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit site content or event materials without prior written permission, except where mandatory law allows limited use.
  • Third-party logos, names, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Photos, recordings, and event media

Conference activities may be photographed or recorded for event documentation, reporting, and future promotion. If specific media or access arrangements are offered during registration, those instructions will apply alongside these terms.

Liability

  • We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of content is complete or error-free at all times.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use, programme changes, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law says otherwise.

Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of how this site and event operations are administered.
