When and where is BREATHE x JEPE 2026?

June 11–14, 2026 at Marriott Courtyard Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

What languages are used?

Sessions are held in English and French. Some sessions offer simultaneous translation. Each session is labelled with its language (EN, FR, or FR/EN).

Is there a mobile app?

A conference companion app will be available for iOS and Android closer to the event date, with schedule, maps, and networking features.

Registration & Attendance

How do I register?

Visit our Registration page to secure your place. Early-bird pricing is available until April 30, 2026.

Can I attend virtually?

Select keynote and plenary sessions will be streamed live. Virtual-only passes are available at a reduced rate. Sessions marked with ZOOM are available remotely.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refunds are available up to 60 days before the event. After that, a 50% refund applies until 30 days before. No refunds within 30 days of the congress.

Travel & Accommodation

How do I get to Cluj-Napoca?

Cluj-Napoca International Airport (CLJ) has direct flights from major European hubs including London, Paris, Munich, Vienna, and Rome. The city centre is a 20-minute drive from the airport.

Are there hotel recommendations?

We will share recommended accommodation options with registered attendees closer to the event.

Scientific Programme

Can I submit an abstract or poster?

No. BREATHE x JEPE 2026 does not include abstract submissions or poster submissions for this edition.

How is the programme built?

The scientific programme is curated directly by the organising team and invited faculty. Sessions, speakers, and updates will be published on the site as they are confirmed.
