What Happens Next

Confirmation and rate lock
You will receive a confirmation email immediately confirming your pre-registration and the rate category you have locked in.
Participant journey begins
As onboarding opens, you will receive your archetype assignment flow, app activation guidance, and early planning prompts for your preferred sets and networking priorities.
Payment link when checkout opens
Once the payment system goes live, you will receive a personalised payment link by email. No action is needed in the meantime. Your rate remains protected.
Registration confirmed
After payment is received your registration is fully confirmed and a receipt will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
- ● Full refund — up to 60 days before the event
- ● 50% refund — 30–60 days before the event
- ● No refund — less than 30 days before the event
Registration must be completed and paid for online before June 10, 2026. Onsite registration is not available. Resident registrations require a valid residency document at check-in.
