Biography
Radu Vestemean is a PhD-qualified software engineer, certified blockchain architect, and health technology innovator whose work bridges advanced digital technologies with clinical applications. Through a long-standing partnership with the University of Toronto's Faculty of Medicine, he has contributed to the development of medical school accreditation platforms and healthcare education standards. His contributions include publications by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and participation in ISO standards design led by the Association of American Medical Colleges. Currently managing credentialing systems for over 27 hospitals in Ontario and serving on the boards of several AI startups, he is at the forefront of digital health transformation. He also holds three blockchain-related patents and serves as an AI educator for Ontario government agencies. His work on Voice Doctor explores vocal acoustic parameters as a non-invasive digital biomarker for respiratory and systemic health states.
