Biography

Cardiologist and sleep medicine specialist based in Roost-Warendin and Cambrai (Nord). He holds a dual specialty combining cardiology (DIU échocardiographie, stimulation cardiaque) with sleep medicine (DIU sommeil et sa pathologie, Université de Lille; DIU pathologies de l'éveil et du sommeil de l'enfant, Lyon 1). He practises within the PEAS (Pôle d'Exploration des Apnées du Sommeil) network and is a member of both the Société Française de Cardiologie and the Société Française de Recherche en Médecine du Sommeil. His central clinical argument: cardiovascular risk, not sleepiness, should be the primary frame through which clinicians approach OSA diagnosis and treatment urgency.
