Biography
Dr. Corina Eugenia Budin is an experienced pulmonologist, academic, and researcher with extensive work in lung cancer, respiratory function testing, and tobacco-related pathologies. She serves as Consultant Pulmonologist at the Mureș County Clinical Hospital – Pneumology Clinic and as Associate Professor at the George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology of Târgu Mureș, where she also holds the position of Academic Secretary at the Office of the Vice-Rector for Education. Dr. Budin is President of the New Generation Section of the Romanian Society of Pulmonology. She holds a PhD in Medicine and has contributed to over 30 high-impact scientific publications on lung cancer biomarkers, OSA-COPD overlap, and smoking prevention. She is a co-author of several specialty books and an invited speaker at national and international conferences.
