Biography
Pneumologue libéral in Valenciennes (Nord), President of the Syndicat National de l'Appareil Respiratoire (SAR), and former President of the URPS Médecins Libéraux Hauts-de-France. A pioneer of NIV telemonitoring in French private practice: he led one of the first regional ETAPES pilot programmes for home ventilated patients in Hauts-de-France, covering all causes of chronic respiratory failure managed under home NIV. An outspoken advocate for telehealth as a structural, reimbursed component of respiratory care. His national syndicalist role gives him unique visibility into the policy and reimbursement landscape for home ventilation monitoring across France.
