Dr Bogdan Mincu

Biography

Dr. Bogdan Mincu is a senior pulmonologist, clinical researcher, and educator dedicated to advancing respiratory medicine in Romania and internationally. With extensive expertise in COPD, clinical trials, and medical education, he plays a key role in shaping the future of pulmonology in Eastern Europe. Dr. Mincu is the founder and former President of the New Generation Section of the Romanian Society of Pulmonology, an innovative medical education platform for resident pulmonologists. He serves as Associate Researcher at the Babeș-Bolyai University. As a Principal Investigator, he has led over 45 clinical trials (Phase 2b–4), contributing to cutting-edge research in respiratory medicine. He is also the founder of Synarra, a longitudinal clinical reasoning intelligence platform designed to surface consensus patterns across physician cohorts.
