Dr. Paula Irina Barata is a specialist in pulmonology at the Clinical County Emergency Hospital in Arad and a senior lecturer at the “Vasile Goldiș” Western University of Arad, where she teaches physiology and pneumology. With a doctorate in pulmonology and dual master’s degrees in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and healthcare management, Dr. Barata brings a multi-disciplinary, patient-centered approach to respiratory care.

Her academic and clinical contributions focus on interstitial lung diseases, post-COVID-19 recovery, and pulmonary rehabilitation.
