Dr. Anca-Georgia Jäger is a committed pulmonologist and somnology expert, with clinical and research experience focused on sleep-disordered breathing, chronic respiratory diseases, and the gut-lung axis. She currently practices at Centrul Medical Diacord in Baia Mare, where she also serves as Principal Investigator in clinical trials focused on pulmonology.

Dr. Jäger has a robust professional background, with previous clinical roles at the “Dr. Nicolae Rusdea” Clinical Hospital and the “Leon Daniello” Pneumology Clinical Hospital, and holds complementary certifications in sleep medicine and general ultrasound.

She is an active speaker at national conferences, including Breathe and Dream 2024, and recently organized the first edition of a multidisciplinary conference on Sleep Apnea Syndrome. She is the author of multiple scientific presentations and articles on sleep disorders and has been Principal Investigator in five clinical studies, two of which are ongoing.

She is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the European Respiratory Society, and EAACI.

At Breathe 2025, Dr. Jäger will touch Insomnia in sleep apnea patients managed with cognitive behavior therapy and exercise training.
