Claudio Garbellini

Claudio Garbellini is a visionary leader and one of the early pioneers of the European Home Respiratory Care Industry. Since joining VIVISOL as International Development Manager in 1996, he has played a central role in shaping the evolution of home care across Europe.
Throughout his career, Claudio has held multiple executive positions across Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, and France, leading interdisciplinary teams and international expansions, including M&A projects and post-merger integrations within the SOL Group.
Currently, he serves as General Manager of the SOL Group, overseeing the Home Care Division, as well as the IT, Finance, Administration, and Health, Safety & Quality departments. His strategic leadership also extends to digital care innovation, a field he has actively helped develop within the organization.
Claudio holds a degree in Business Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and brings an entrepreneurial background as co-founder of a successful patent translation start-up. Beyond his corporate role, he shares his expertise as a lecturer in Business and Administration at the University of Brescia, and formerly at Politecnico di Milano, with a focus on internationalisation and strategic business management.
