Dr. Bogdan Mincu is a senior pulmonologist, clinical researcher, and educator, dedicated to advancing respiratory medicine. With extensive expertise in COPD, clinical trials, and medical education, he plays a key role in shaping the future of pulmonology in Romania.
Dr. Mincu is the Founder and President of the 9G Section of the Romanian Society of Pulmonology, an innovative medical education platform for resident pulmonologists. He has also served as an Associate Professor at the Cluj School of Public Health, Babeș-Bolyai University, where he teaches the biological basis of disease.
As a Principal Investigator, he has led over 34 clinical trials (Phase 2b-4), contributing to cutting-edge research in respiratory medicine.
